Ni MH battery has the advantages of low cost, mature technology, long service life and durability; Low energy density, large volume, low voltage and battery memory effect. Although its performance is better than that of lead-acid battery, it contains heavy metals and pollutes the environment after abandonment.
3. Lithium manganate battery
Lithium manganate battery is a cathode material with low cost, good safety and low temperature performance, but the material itself is not very stable and is easy to decompose to produce gas. Therefore, it is mostly used in combination with other materials to reduce the cost of the cell. However, its cycle life decays rapidly, prone to bulging, poor high temperature performance and relatively short service life. It is mainly used for large and medium-sized cells, In terms of power battery, its nominal voltage is 3.7V.
4. Lithium iron phosphate battery
Lithium iron phosphate battery has the advantages of good thermal stability, safety, low cost, long service life, low energy density and low temperature. When the battery temperature is 500-600 ℃, its internal chemical components begin to decompose, and puncture, short circuit and high temperature will not burn or explode, and its service life is long. However, the vehicle range is general. When the temperature is lower than - 5 ℃, the charging efficiency is low, which is not suitable for the charging demand in the north in winter.
5. Ternary lithium battery
Ternary lithium ion battery has high energy density, long cycle life and is not afraid of low temperature; Insufficient stability at high temperature. The energy density can reach the highest, but the high temperature performance is relatively poor. For pure electric vehicles with requirements on endurance mileage, it is the mainstream direction and suitable for Northern weather. The battery is more stable at low temperature.
