1. The battery suffers from external short circuit, overcharge and reverse charge (forced over discharge)
2. The battery is continuously overcharged by high rate and high current, resulting in the expansion of the battery core, direct contact and short circuit of the positive electrode.
3. Internal short circuit or micro short circuit of the battery, such as burr on the positive and negative electrode sheets penetrating the diaphragm paper, contact short circuit, improper placement of the positive and negative electrode sheets, resulting in contact short circuit of the electrode sheet, or short circuit of the positive electrode sheet contacting the steel shell, negative electrode dropping into the diaphragm paper, the diaphragm paper itself is defective, and the positive electrode lug contacts the negative electrode sheet for short circuit.
What are the possible causes of zero voltage or low voltage of the battery pack?
1. Whether the single battery has zero voltage
2. The plug is short circuited, open circuited and poorly connected with the plug
3. The lead wire is disconnected from the battery and is not welded properly
4. The internal connection of the battery is wrong, missing welding, false welding, desoldering, etc. between the connecting piece and the battery
5. The internal electronic components of the battery are improperly connected and damaged
What are the possible reasons why the battery pack does not charge?
1. Zero voltage battery or zero voltage battery in battery pack
2. The battery pack is connected incorrectly, and the internal electronic components and protection circuit are abnormal
3. The charging equipment fails and there is no output current;
4. External factors lead to low charging efficiency (such as extremely low or extremely high temperature)
